Dog Days

This weekend Judy's sister and niece and their dogs paid us a visit. We spent most of our time visiting on the mountain porch while watching the dogs run and play.  Barney and Charlie lost no time in enjoying the freedom of being in the country.

Worn out, they came with tongues wagging for some water.

Meanwhile our Shaynee left the running around to the youngins and found her pleasure in digging for voles.

Looks like the doggies had a great time! Hope you guys did too. :)

What a great place for them to play :) I love watching ours running in the yard, chasing things and having such a great time. You can see the look of joy on their smiling faces.

:) Fun shots! They sure had fun! Cheers, Klaus

Gosh...they sure do look like they are having FUN! Wide Open spaces are Wonderful!

Hounds on the run! With all that freedom, they can't get into much mischief. I'll bet by the second evening, all 4 legs were up and they slept hard.

are they related in any way these doggies to Shaynee.?. How old or young is Shaynee?Petrille,22, did not feel like running today . I have those days sandy

what aview I miss my home state this tie of year. !!!wow do I ever!!

They are beautiful! What amazing scenery, too. I would love to live in a place with scenery like that!

I just love the flying ears, the smiling faces and the dirty nose! I'm glad you had your camera handy to catch those expressions!

Great doggies! Lovely shots, too. You are exquisite with that camera.
