Those look yummy. You'll enjoy them, I'm sure. I hope you get all you want before the birds do.

I picked my first batch of the year last Thursday, and made a cobbler out them later that night. I still have two big patches of Poison Oak (one on my left arm, and one other smaller one on my right) to prove it!

They are just starting to ripen here. We have managed to pick enough wild blueberries to make a pie and have some left just for snacking on! I bought some raspberries at the Farmer's Market yesterday. Between them all, I am sure we will have bumbleberry pie today! Mmmmmm...berry time is a good time!

SNP is known for its blackberries - they serve blackberry cobbler, ice cream, syrup, and just plain blackberries in the lodge dining rooms.

These look wonderful! We both did blackberries today but mine is quite different from yours. I think I prefer the kind you have here. I love the last one of them close up on the vine.

Our farm as a girl had an apple and quince orchard and as you walked to it lined with blackberries and raspberries. My mother made the most incredible blackberry cobbler and pies(I don't even come close ) and on the ground as you walked were wild sweet strawberries. I can see it like yesterday Quiet Dell, Wva..fields of daisies and black-eyed susans. That was and is a golden lifestyle ..
