Almost, But Not Quite

Well..three out of four ain't too bad, but it's not done.  We'll have to get our hands into the paint again one more time to do the back wall.  Here's a picture of Judy in action.  The shed doesn't look that big, does it! It's just that we had to power clean it, prime it and paint it.  Lots of nooks and crannies at the board joints too.

Shedpainting

Rest assured I did my fair share...it's just that as the photographer, nobody took a picture of me! It's late afternoon now and  we're all cleaned up for the day.

I am thinking about pouring myself some wine...it's that time of day.  Like  my friend Ila says: "When the mountains are pink, it's time to drink" - she lives in Arizona near Tucson and at about 5 pm, the sun hits the mountains at just the right angle to turn them pink.  We don't have pink mountains, but....The wine today is Chambourcin (2004) from Chateau Morrisette the most famous of the many wineries in these parts. It's a dry red.  Judy's pulled out rack of lamb for dinner, so she's feeling like a treat too.  Guess I'll go see if I can help.

Wine Recommendation

My friend Ann offered me (and of course, I drank) a good wine during my trip to Boone.  It is: "7 Deadly Sins" - a red table wine.  Try it...I think you'll like it too.
